Terry, President, CEO
Terry is a founding partner of Endeavour Solutions Inc. and MCS Canada. He has been in the Business Systems industry for over 30 years as a trusted advisor and business manager. His realistic approach to computerized systems has encouraged the success of many long-term clients in both private and public sectors. As a Strategic Advisor, Terry works closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the specific module Experts assigned to projects to ensure that Client vision is achieved. When Terry is not leading the Endeavour Solutions team, you will find him active in the community and enjoying his favorite sociable sports golf and curling.
Bob, Senior Partner
Senior Partner Bob O’Brien has more than 22 years of experience with Dynamics GP and its predecessor, Great Plains Software. Bob enjoyed a career as a Controller and VP Finance prior to opening his own consulting business in 1990. Bob also worked for Deloitte Consulting for five years as a Senior Manager, with responsibility for Dynamics GP projects. Bob and his team at Endeavour Halifax, service clients across Atlantic Canada and several countries in Europe. When Bob is not in the office, you can find him at his cottage on the Northumberland Strait with his family. He also been known to play a very questionable game of golf on occasion.
Steve, Director of Business Development
Steve’s experience as a business leader and philosophy for managing teams is based on his lead-by example philosophy that fosters a culture of accountability that breeds success. Steve has been responsible for managing over 750 employees and budgets in excess of $95 million. Since 2008, Steve has been working in the private sector for Microsoft partners leading sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals. Steve is a former professional hockey player and an active member of the Presidents of Enterprising Organizations.

Troy, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Practice Lead
Troy has over a decade in CRM project management, with a number of certifications and implementations under his belt. Troy brings a valued depth of experience in leading multi-faceted teams including application development, change management and training. Located in the Halifax office, Troy’s background in Sales and Operational Planning, Order to Cash, and Supply Chain, enables him to quickly get up-to-speed on client’s systems and processes. Troy developed his passion for programming while taking computer science at Dalhousie University. Years later, he found his calling as a business systems analyst by bridging the gap often found between business and the technical side of IT. Troy has completed both the Masters Certificate for Project Managers and the Masters Certificate for Business Analysts from York University. Troy enjoys Kite-surfing, Snowboarding and backcountry camping.
