Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise (Cloud CRM)Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with CRM functionality for contact management, sales, pipeline management, case management, and sales force automation.  Dynamics 365 also has modules for Customer Service focused on call centers and modules for Field Service, focused on providing remote access to key business systems, automated forms and dispatch management for your remote field workers. Dynamics 365 (CRM) comes with built-in integrations with Microsoft Azure, Power BI and Office 365 including Outlook.
