Dynamics 365 sprint

Project management is responsible for integrating and coordinating AGILE development processes for configuration of the system, securing appropriate project resources, implementing effective communications, conducting proactive change management, and managing overall project execution.

CRM Project methodology incorporates the Agile methodology for the configuration of Dynamics 365 for CRM (sales, marketing and service). Projects are kicked off with a high-level Discovery and Design workshop to validate the pre-sales discussions and proposal as a basis for the project plan and configuration workstreams. AGILE allows for a shorter feedback cycle from clients supporting an environment of collaboration between project teams with a goal of increased knowledge transfer, superuser empowerment and end-user adoption.

Business Priorities will be married with technical efforts following the guidance from the Endeavour project manager with input from applicable stakeholders. We will collaborate within an environment of trust to manage the scope, adjust as needed, monitor budgets, and allocate resources based on availability, backlogs, and interdependencies.
